The 2026 Topps Chrome Past To Present B. Larkin/E. De La Cruz #PTP-5 is a baseball trading card that has been authenticated, graded and encapsulated by MPE Grading and assigned the grade MPE 9.5 Mint+. It carries the vault serial MPE-13418309, which is printed on the slab label and can be checked at any time with the serial number lookup. The physical card is stored in the MPE Vault, so it can change hands as many times as it needs to without ever being shipped, re-sleeved or risked in the post.
MPE grades on a 1–10 scale, and this copy came back at 9.5 (Mint+). A 9.5 is a near-perfect card. Under magnification there is one small thing keeping it off a 10 — typically centering that is slightly off, or one corner that is a fraction softer than the other three. To the naked eye it looks flawless.
Every card that comes through MPE is assessed on the same four things, then given a single overall grade:
The card is then sealed in a tamper-evident slab with its label and serial, photographed for the vault, and the grade is recorded against that serial permanently. Full grading tiers and turnaround times are on the MPE grading price list.
This card is listed for sale right now at $17.00. Buying it transfers the slab to your vault immediately — you can leave it stored, put it back up for sale, or request physical shipment.
In the MPE Vault. Cards stay in insured storage under their serial, which is what lets them be bought, sold and traded instantly without shipping. Holders can request physical delivery whenever they want it.
It is the permanent identifier for this exact slab. The grade, the images, the ownership history and every recorded sale are all tied to it, so a buyer can verify what they are getting before they pay.
Either buy one on the marketplace, rip a pack to pull graded slabs at random, or send in your own cards to be graded and have them vaulted.
